SYSTRONIC CL500

The cleaning system SYSTRONIC CL500 is the optimal system for your stencil and squeegee cleaning. The automatic three-chamber cleaning system made of rustproof stainless steel sprays via two rotating spray arms in a closed circuit. In the next step, a chain transport transports your wash items through the rinsing stage into the drying chamber. As soon as the drying process has started, you can start the next process in the cleaning stage.

• The system consists of a closed cleaning circuit, a closed rinsing circuit, a drying unit and a separate drain pump.
• A very important feature are the completely separate cycles of cleaning and rinsing. Carryover is thus prevented as best as possible.
• Drying takes place via convection drying based on the supply and exhaust air principle.
• The process chamber is loaded and unloaded via a roller shutter system.
• The advantage of the separate chambers is the constant warm and dry drying chamber.
• The system is operated via a user-friendly touch panel.
