Multi chamber – multiple process cleaner
The cleaning system SYSTRONIC CL53X is the high end system for your stencil and squeegee cleaning, misprint or PCB cleaning. The automatic multi-chamber system can be individually equipped. Spray-in-air, ultrasound or spray-under-immersion are possible. The system consists of a closed cleaning circuit, a closed rinsing circuit, a drying unit and a separate drain pump.
A very important feature is the completely separate cycles of cleaning, rinsing and drying. The various chambers almost completely prevent carry-over.
- Drying takes place via convection drying based on the supply and exhaust air principle.
- The process chambers are loaded via a handling system.
- The chamber has a loading and unloading module that can be designed according to customer requirements.
- The system is operated via a user-friendly touch panel.
- It is the perfect model for medium and high throughputs.
