Single chamber - Spray in air cleaner

The SYSTRONIC CL990 cleaning system is the ideal system for cleaning misprints and assemblies. The automatic single-chamber cleaning system made of stainless steel sprays via a vertically running spray register in a closed circuit.

Up to 4 mounting adapters can be positioned in the system.

  • The mounting adapter is inserted into the chamber and the spray arms clean in a continuous up and down movement.
  • The system consists of a closed cleaning circuit, a closed rinsing circuit, a drying unit and a separate emptying pump.
  • After the respective cleaning and rinsing process steps, the arms are blown free with compressed air to prevent the cleaning agent and rinsing water from mixing.
  • The blowing process also serves to optimise consumption, as cleaning agent and rinsing water are blown off the parts to be cleaned.
  • Drying is carried out using convection drying based on the supply and exhaust air principle.
  • The system is operated via a user-friendly touch panel.
  • The system has a large chamber and therefore a significantly larger capacity.
  • It is the perfect model for high and very high throughputs.
