Single chamber - Spray in air cleaner

The cleaning system SYSTRONIC CL420 is the optimal system for your stencil and squeegee cleaning. The automatic single-chamber cleaning system made of rust-free stainless steel sprays via two rotating spray arms in a closed circuit. The system consists of a closed cleaning circuit, a closed rinsing circuit, a drying unit and a separate drain pump.

A very important feature are the completely separate cycles of cleaning and rinsing. Carryover is thus prevented as best as possible.

Drying takes place via convection drying based on the supply and exhaust air principle.
The process chamber is loaded via a swing door.
The system is operated via a user-friendly touch panel.
It is the perfect model for small and medium throughputs.
